Music

The mission of the Family Worship Center (FWC) Music Ministry is to facilitate an atmosphere that is conducive to worship and praise. As the psalmist penned, “Serve the Lord with gladness: come before his presence with singing” (Psalms 150:2). So we believe that the collective worship and praise of believers invites God’s presence into our midst and prepares hearts to hear His word. The Music Ministry includes the FWC Adult choir, Youth Choir, Children’s Choir, Adult Praise and Worship Team, and the FWC Worship Band.

Children

FWC Children’s Ministry covers everyone from toddler to teen. A wide variety of fun activities and entertaining classes ensure that children are learning important biblical principles in a way that will have them excited to come to Church.

Our Sunday School Staff:

  • Toddlers (ages 2-4), taught by Lisa Watts and Hillary Palmer
  • Children’s (ages 4-6) taught by Courtney Moyers
  • Super Kidz (ages 7 and up) taught by Will Moyers

Our Sunday School attendance has been growing rapidly and we are planning to add additional classes.  If you have a passion for children’s ministry, please contact Will Moyers or Pastor Harvey.

Youth

Acts 29 Student Ministries is the youth division of the Family Worship Center, led by Patrick & Rhonda Harvey. Acts 29 is designed to meet the needs of this generation of youth. To give youth instruction, support and encouragement as they develop their life skills. Our desire is to create a safe atmosphere where students can discover their purpose and design. Our goal is to empower the youth of this generation with the ability to make right choices for their life and to find a deep relationship with Jesus Christ and others. Acts 29 hosts & provides: Youth Rallies, bond night outings, lock-ins, outreach endeavors & conferences and retreats to help young people unite together for a common cause.
